I always choose this place for my stay because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, kitchen utensils, air conditioning, laundry. The staff even helped me with an insect bite once. I'm coming back for New Year!

Stayed at Koh Tao Heights Exclusive Apartments for a short, pleasant getaway. The room was surprisingly comfortable with a great location and easy access to hot spots. Tac and Lynn were amazing, going above and beyond to help us with last-minute transportation and offering a late check-out. The apartment was spacious, Lynne and Tac provided helpful island tips. The hill to the apartment was easily manageable with a rented motorbike. The staff was incredibly polite, the apartment was quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Generous shower, great toiletries. The minibar was cheap, and the staff even mailed my forgotten items. Loved it!
